The user can stand before the kiosk with the forehead in line with the infrared sensor at a distance of 0.5 m to 1 m away from the device.
The device is automatically activated as soon as a user comes near the device. There is no need to touch or manually activate the sensor.

The Kiosk is not a medical device and does not need FDA certification or evaluation. However it has met CE, FCC and ROHS certifications.

Due to high demand, we expect a lead time of 2-3 days for large orders of more than 10 units. Average shipping time is about 2 weeks currently.
The software can be installed either on server in a LAN environment or can be used as a standalone computer connected to the kiosk. The software can be simply configured and can be set up without much technical support but we offer free online support during installation.
For employees, their photos, names, etc should be uploaded into the software to recognize them using facial recognition.
It can record entry time, the temperature and terminal ID for all allowed guests. If “recognition mode is setup”, it will also log employee name and employee number along with the other readings configured in the set up process.
