REFUND POLICY
We follow a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return policy DOES NOT apply to orders of more than 1 unit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please see below for important items to do when you process a return.
- Be sure to return it using the original packaging. The original boxes protect the device and its parts from shipping damages. If you do not have the original packaging anymore, please contact us or let us know ahead of time so we can give instructions on how to secure the package.
- Take a photo or schedule a zoom session for secured packaging instructions to ensure the optimal shipping condition prior to the return. This is vital for claims for proof of damage incurred during transit.
- Failure to follow instructions may result to a partial refund, depending if there are damages incurred after inspection upon receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kriosk.com or create a ticket. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right the soonest possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
